The Role:

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to ensure our payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This role will be responsible for processing invoices against Purchase Orders and for building and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and process weekly payments accurately and in a timely manner
  2. Verifying and processing invoices against Purchase Orders
  3. Contribute to the day-to-day operations of accounts payable
  4. Management of supplier records
  5. Distribution of remittance advice
  6. Provide professional and prompt customer service to our customers
  7. Accounts Payable related Data Entry

Requirements:

  1. Experience with Oracle/JDE will be highly regarded
  2. High attention to detail
  3. Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
  4. Exposure to a Fast Moving Consumable Goods environment will be highly regarded
