About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premier Property Experience Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional property experiences for our tenants.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement site-specific tenant engagement strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Lead the management team in proactive communication with tenants, utilizing various approved building media to share information and updates.
  • Manage all front-of-house digital platforms, including lift screens and directory boards, to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant-related inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
  • Oversee general property administration tasks, such as invoice processing, arrears management, daily receipting, and allocations.
  • Assist with budget preparation, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, quarterly reports, and outgoings statements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a premium asset or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sound computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Floor Fire Warden and First Aid Officer responsibilities is an advantage.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including:

$110,000 - $140,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
