Your Role

As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for making them feel welcomed and at home during their stay. Your day-to-day activities will involve delivering memorable guest experiences through swift personal service, recognizing and recording guest preferences, and taking pride in your appearance as a brand ambassador.

You will also support the needs of our driveway, lobby, and Concierge Desk, take and manage guest's tour bookings, up-selling opportunities, and handle guest luggage and items with respect and care.

What We Need From You

We require excellent communication skills, a great attitude, problem-solving skills, fluency in English, and experience in customer service roles. You must also be flexible, compliant, strong, and literate and tech-savvy.
