Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Porter to join our team.

  • Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly, efficiently, and courteously to guest requests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Promote loyalty programs and recognize loyal members.
  • Effectively communicate with guests to provide a seamless experience.
Requirements

To be successful as a Porter, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, although not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, along with a strong desire to achieve goals and targets.
  • Flexibility with regards to shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekend shifts.
  • Computer literacy, with an advantage of Opera PMS experience, however not essential.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation, with an excellent phone manner and organizational skills.
  • A full, clean, and current Australian driver's license, with confidence to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
