As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our solution.
About the RoleThis key position requires a highly motivated and experienced professional who can build strong relationships with clients, drive revenue & retention, and champion excellence in customer success.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product features and work closely with customers to help them get the most out of it.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact for any questions or concerns.
- Technical Escalation: Serve as the key point of technical support escalation.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and collaborate with the Sales team to close new business.
- Risk Management: Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to improve retention and reduce churn.
- Audit and Compliance: Drive adoption and usage of our product by providing guidance, training, and best practices to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
