Clinical Educator Role

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing clinical learning opportunities to support clinicians in providing evidence-based care.

The Clinical Educator will develop relationships with clinicians and educators to provide education services within the clinical setting. They will work closely with colleagues to foster a culture of learning that nurtures growth from novice to advanced practice.

The goal is to enable self-reflection and ongoing learning for a professional workforce. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the development of our clinical staff.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Clinical experience and contemporary knowledge relevant to your work allocation portfolio areas.
  • The ability to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education activities to support contemporary and evidence-based care.
  • Advanced interpersonal and written communication skills to transfer accurate information to clinicians in individual and group settings.
  • The ability to work effectively within clinical and education teams to meet service imperatives.

Mandatory Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have at least 2 years of clinical experience at an advanced level in Minor Injuries and Illness or emergency.
