Job Opportunity: Mental Health Clinician
About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services assessment, treatment, and evaluation within a collaborative environment.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop and implement effective case management strategies, and provide evidence-based interventions as required.
- Participate in the development and delivery of mental health education programs for healthcare professionals, community services, and community groups.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify, develop, and implement quality improvement initiatives that enhance client care and service delivery.
- Liaise with senior staff to monitor and manage client pathways, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Possess current registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse, or Social Worker with relevant qualifications and experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in routine clinical practice, with a strong understanding of the continuum of care.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with multidisciplinary teams, government agencies, and non-government service providers.
- Cultivate professional growth through education, networking, and evidence-based practice.
- Meet eligibility criteria for Blue Card and NDIS worker screening clearance.
