The Boutique Operations Manager is a leadership role that ensures operations and processes are compliant and effective within the boutique.

This full-time opportunity is available at our Chadstone Fashion location, where you will collaborate with various teams to support overall boutique operations and achieve operational excellence.

About The Role

The Boutique Operations Manager develops and maintains a culture of operations excellence, focusing on optimization and improvement within the boutique. This involves working closely with stakeholders to address emerging topics such as Omnichannel processes, Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, and Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Stock Team, CASS, Boutique Assistants, Alterations, and Cashiers in adhering to all operational procedures.
  • Ensure accurate completion of daily sales and relevant paperwork.
  • Implement rigorous Boutique SOPs and motivate the team to uphold the Brand Image.
  • Manage boutique-level projects to enhance operational efficiency, client, and employee experience.
Requirements
  • Several years of retail operation experience in a similar business or organization, preferably with luxury being an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management and solid knowledge of subject matter in Retail Operations and related emerging topics.
  • Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in areas of expertise.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ease with embracing technology in a professional capacity.
