Key Responsibilities

  • Elevate operational excellence and drive a customer-centric culture in the assigned location.
  • Manage team members to meet operational and service standards while achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the support centre to align on marketing, branding, and operations strategies.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality or quick-service restaurant industry.
  • Experience in forecasting and profit-and-loss management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
