Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain complex machinery, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality control measures to prevent errors and defects.

Requirements:

  • Machinery Operations Experience: Proven track record of operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • TPM Knowledge: Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools and principles.
  • Safety and Quality Standards: Understanding of safety protocols and quality control measures for operating machinery.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Experience working in a diverse, team-oriented environment.

Prioritizing Efficiency and Effectiveness:

  • Automated Manufacturing Environment: Previous experience in an automated manufacturing setting is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Schubert Machines: Familiarity with Schubert machines is advantageous but not required.
