Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to drive operational excellence across our global store network.

About the Role

This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring stores deliver consistent, premium experiences while maximising profitability and reducing friction for teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Catalyst - Testing, learning, mentoring, and ensuring stores are set up for success.
  • Operational Oversight - Conducting frequent store visits to co-create workflows, identify and remove inefficiencies, and streamline execution.
  • Financial Performance - Owning retail financial metrics (sales, margin, EBIT, wages, expenses) while supporting trade levers (conversion, ATV, IPC, loyalty).
  • Simplification & Future-Readiness - Identifying and supporting opportunities for simplification, process automation, and productivity-enhancing technologies that reduce complexity and improve outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting - Delivering accurate, timely reporting on wages, expenses, and performance to inform decision-making.
  • Policy & Process Development - Embedding consistent processes and policies that drive compliance, efficiency, and best practice.
  • Project Management - Leading operational improvement projects that reduce costs, enhance systems, and enable digital transformation.
  • Technology & Systems - Overseeing effective use of POS, payments/merchant, and workforce scheduling systems; ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Customer & Team Experience - Continuously improving the store team experience and elevating the customer journey, aligned with our experiential retail approach.
Requirements

Proven track record in driving operational excellence and leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
