Business Development Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities within the construction and forestry equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution
  • Expand our client base through proactive lead generation and pursuit of new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue streams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar business development or sales role within the construction equipment industry
  • Strong understanding of the construction equipment market, including key players, industry trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
