Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Advisor to join our organization.

  • The successful candidate will act as a technical advisor, guiding customers from the initial sales phase to post-sales implementation, ensuring seamless deployments and meeting customer needs.
  • They will lead technical validation through demos, workshops, and pilot projects to align customer requirements with our capabilities.
  • Develop reusable solution frameworks and content to empower sales teams and standardize customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance the customer experience and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Assist the team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for customer success.
Key Requirements:
  • Expertise in Ansible Automation Platform, preferably with certifications, and strong hands-on skills in tools like Puppet/Chef/SaltStack/Terraform.
  • 6+ years of experience in automation and 5-10 years in architecture/development/consulting roles.
  • Proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Satellite), Cisco network automation, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders, address enterprise IT challenges, and propose cross-platform solutions.
  • Experience building relationships across large IT organizations and managing end-to-end proof-of-concept processes.
