Job Title: Senior Salesforce Solutions Developer

Job Overview:As a pivotal member of our multi-disciplinary scrum team, you will deliver cutting-edge Salesforce-based solutions as part of a high-profile transformational program.

This is a long-term contract role for 12 months with a 12-month extension, offering hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to work with clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and review of design standards and develop robust, reusable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and coding standards through regular reviews and code deployments across all environments.
  • Participate in daily Scrum activities and collaborate with developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts to deliver quality Salesforce components.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce solution delivery and build team capability through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support the implementation of CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce Vlocity platform including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming, frameworks, and design patterns.
  • Experience building and working with integrations (e.g., REST APIs, Platform Events) and Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer are highly desirable.
