Job Description:

The Digital Learning Content Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality learning content across multiple qualifications. This role involves working closely with the curriculum team to develop skills and knowledge specific to the requirements of Greystone College Curriculum and Academic teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience with digital platforms and applications, as well as strong attention to detail and process accuracy. They will be able to work effectively in an international, cross-cultural and diverse work environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging high-quality learning content using a range of different presentation tools and formats
  • Maintain and continuously improve learning and assessment materials based on feedback from students, staff and the organisation
  • Collaborate with members of the curriculum team in developing and updating assessment tools
  • Build and edit learning materials on various platforms including Moodle
  • Follow internal design processes and style guides
  • Participate in validation, compliance checks and any assessment tool rectifications as required
  • Track tasks and meet agreed completion timeframes
  • Collaborate and communicate with the wider Greystone College Australia academic and administration teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in instructional or learning design or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with digital platforms and applications
  • Current Working with Children authority, or willingness to obtain
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • Familiarity with VET frameworks (desirable)
