Develop and Maintain Learning Content

Job Description:

The role of a digital learning developer involves creating high-quality learning materials that are compliant with various qualifications. This includes developing, maintaining and continuously improving learning and assessment materials based on feedback from students, staff, and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging learning content using different presentation tools and formats
  • Collaborate with the curriculum team in developing and updating assessment tools
  • Build and edit learning materials on various platforms including Moodle
  • Follow internal design processes and style guides
  • Participate in validation, compliance checks, and any assessment tool rectifications as required
  • Track tasks and meet agreed completion timeframes

This role requires strong attention to detail and process accuracy, excellent time management, and task organization, strong communication skills, a 'can do' attitude, and commitment to supporting others. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in international, cross-cultural, and diverse work environments.
