The Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in developing high-quality learning resources.

This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to develop their instructional design experience, working alongside the RTO Manager and collaborating with trainers and subject matter experts.

  • Develop engaging learning resources and assessment tools that comply with regulatory standards.
  • Use various instructional design methods and adult learning principles to ensure accessibility and learner engagement.
  • Design content for blended delivery modes, including face-to-face, online, and digital platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement through validation, feedback, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers, assessors, and stakeholders to ensure materials meet learner needs and business objectives.
  • Build and update eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
