Learning Content Specialist Job Description

The role of a Learning Content Specialist involves developing and maintaining high-quality learning resources for diverse audiences.

This includes designing engaging content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Design and create high-quality learning materials using various digital tools and platforms
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing learning resources based on user feedback and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new assessment tools and strategies
  • Build and edit learning materials on multiple platforms, including Moodle
  • Ensure alignment with instructional design principles and industry best practices
  • Participate in validation and compliance checks to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Track tasks and meet agreed completion deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
