Senior Kitchen Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes are produced consistently and efficiently.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of chefs to achieve excellent standards.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus and specials that showcase creativity and innovation.
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and excellence across all dishes, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Implement effective time management strategies to balance prep and service requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a senior chef role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement creative menu concepts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct a team.
- Creativity and confidence in food presentation and plating.
- Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Effective coordination of dish timing to meet service demands.
- Strong relationships with FOH staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
