We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by leading and developing a high-performing team of sales associates.

Job Description- Work closely with your Store Manager to build a culture of development that inspires and engages the team, creating future leaders and high performance.
- Embed customer excellence while growing your business through clear direction and operational excellence.
- Bring your commercial eye to the store, spot trade opportunities, and find solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.
- Support your Store Manager to manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
- Advocate for our Foundation, engaging the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our projects around the world.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
