About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Leader to drive franchise profitability and growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in franchising or automotive, with a strong background in business development.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering store goals and objectives, ensuring successful execution of a proven business model. Critical to success is engaging and working collaboratively with franchisees to achieve their business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial reporting and drive business improvement
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • A proactive and analytical approach, with the ability to identify gaps in operational performance and implement improvement plans
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
