About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team at LNRS Data Services (Australia) Pty Ltd Company.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Senior Solutions Consultant will play a key role in supporting the sales activity of our APAC wide business, working collaboratively with Sales Teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across a wide range of regulated markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deep Domain Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on the RiskNarrative platform and its application across regulated markets.
  • Support Complex Opportunities: Provide technical product knowledge to support high-value and/or complex opportunities.
  • Lead Technical Specialist: Be responsible for acting as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity, supporting commercial engagements where deep technical product knowledge is required.
  • Maintain High Levels of Product Knowledge: Maintain high levels of RN product and market knowledge across the RN Core SC team.
  • Best Practices: Alongside the RN Solutions Consulting Director, take responsibility for creating and maintaining Global RN SC Best Practise.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Assist sales calls remotely or face-to-face in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
  • RFP/RFI Management: Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processes.
  • Internal Team Training: Support the training of internal teams in understanding RiskNarrative, delivering excellent solution demonstrations and customer engagements.
  • Pricing Customization: Support the sales team in pricing customisation.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations: Lead the presentation of the technical aspects of the RiskNarrative solution through demos and process flows to help evidence how it aligns with our customer's requirements.
  • Travel: Travel may be up to 30% to provide in-person support for field sales initiatives regionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting Experience: Proven experience gained within a Technology and/or Data focused organization and solution implementation experience.
  • Complex Sales Engagements: Proven experience leading complex sales engagements selling cloud technology into regulated markets.
  • Education: University or bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing contexts. Ability to convey technical subject matters in simple business-friendly terms.
  • Motivation and Initiative: Highly motivated self-starter, naturally proactive with great sense of initiative.
