Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Solutions Specialist to join our Central Projects and Change team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements to shape and deliver solutions that enhance risk management across the Group.

In this role, you will support the delivery of a strategic digital program of work, focusing on further enhancing risk management practices. Your expertise will contribute to creating solutions that help staff manage risk effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience as a business analyst within the financial services industry, preferably delivering technology projects.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities supported by clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and influencing, managing at all levels.
  • A working knowledge and exposure to Risk Management practices.
