We operate five clinics – Juniper, Pilot, Kin, Software, and Compound – each focused on personalizing experiences for different demographics. Our team spans across five countries: Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines.

With AUD$160M in funding from prominent investors, we plan to expand into new markets and tackle additional conditions. We're seeking a skilled People Operations Specialist to join our team of passionate professionals who drive impactful changes in global health.

About the Role

This high-performance specialist will partner closely with our Head of People Operations to foster our culture and reinforce values and operating principles. You'll work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to build and nurture high-performing teams across various business areas, from operations to engineering.

You will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Partnership: Identify challenges, drive solutions, and align recommendations with company goals while fostering a high-performance environment through our leaders.
  • Data Insights: Use data to inform workforce planning, performance management, compensation banding, and other key decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously iterate and review our people business partnering process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 2-3 business partners across APAC, driving results-oriented collaboration and growth.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in people partnering within a high-growth, high-performance environment (e.g., technology, start-ups, consulting).
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and regulations, with an ability to balance risks and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborative mindset, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to thrive in ambiguous environments, defining, iterating, and rebuilding processes as needed.
