Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team as Human Services Professionals II, III, and IV. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in improving the overall quality of life of individuals and families within the context of their environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional services to clients, including assessment, case management, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to address client needs and promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify client needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families to help them navigate the child welfare system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a minimum of 12 semester credit hours in courses such as counseling, criminal justice, human services, psychology, social work, social welfare, sociology, or other behavioral sciences.
  • At least six months of progressively responsible professional work experience in a field related to human services, including experience working with individuals and families in need.
  • Valid driver's license required for some positions.
