Pittwater RSL is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services – Concierge to join our Front of House team in this casual role.As the Director of First Impressions, you'll be the welcoming face of our Club – greeting members and guests, assisting with enquiries, and promoting everything our Club has to offer.

About the Role:Greet and assist members and guests as they arrive and depart the ClubAnswer phone calls and enquiries in a helpful, professional mannerPromote Club membership, rewards programs, and current promotionsCheck member cards and guest ID as requiredStay informed about all Club events, activities and showsAssist with bookings and seating using our ticketing systemCommunicate feedback and issues to the Customer Service Manager on dutyWhat We're Looking For:A genuine love for working with peopleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure while maintaining great serviceConfident using computers and handling multiple tasks at onceReliable team player with a professional, positive attitudeRequirements:Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card (or willingness to obtain)Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends, nights, and public holidaysWhy Work with Us?
