Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the data systems and performance metrics within Employee Care.

This includes overseeing data validation activities, assessing change impacts, building capability within the team, and continuously reviewing and evolving data systems.

  • Oversee HSW data systems and performance function.
  • Document business rules for HSW data management.
  • Undertake data validation activities.
  • Assess change impacts to requirements.
  • Build capability within Employee Care team.
  • Continuously review and evolve Employee Care HSW data systems.
