Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused HR Coordinator to support our team during a maternity cover.

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple venues
  • Manage administrative tasks, employee records, and compliance matters
  • Provide support for minor employee relations issues
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate timesheets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in HR coordination or advisory roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in interacting with operational teams, including venue managers and head chefs
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and the Hospitality Industry Award is an asset
What We Offer:

This part-time position is based in Perth CBD Head Office, with occasional visits to our venues. A casual or fixed-term contract is available.
