Job Description

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the HR team with end-to-end HR administration, recruitment, and employee lifecycle tasks in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, data entry, documentation, and offboarding of employees.
  • Managing the administration of the apprentice and trainee program.
  • Coordinating work experience programs.
  • Monitoring the HR and apprentice inbox and assisting with queries.
  • Assisting with reporting, data entry, and compliance tracking.
  • Tracking training requests and their completion.
  • Maintaining and updating personnel files for accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting the HR team with generalist and project-based tasks.
  • Coordinating HR events and administrative tasks.
