HR Site Support Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a respected organisation as a site-based HR professional. You will provide day-to-day support, navigate organisational change, and play a key part in building a values-aligned culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with supervisors and managers on HR matters ranging from employee onboarding to conduct, performance, industrial relations, and injury management.
- Coach frontline leaders and support them through people-related challenges.
- Respond to HR issues with sound judgement and a calm, considered approach.
- Support strategic initiatives, workforce planning, and capability development.
- Collaborate closely with WHS and operations teams to create a safe and compliant work environment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role, preferably in operational or multi-site environments.
- A strong working knowledge of Fair Work legislation, awards, and day-to-day industrial relations and employment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- The capacity to work autonomously, manage sensitive matters, and build quiet influence.
- Availability for relocation to Geraldton.
