Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing engaging member education programs, product masterclasses, and periodic webinars.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive member training resources that facilitate knowledge transfer and participation.
  • Providing exceptional customer support, ensuring member goals are met and they become brand advocates.
  • Representing the member's voice internally through thoughtful, well-prepared interactions.
  • Contributing to the delivery of high-value solutions, collaborating with internal teams to solve problems and drive results.
  • Maintaining an average training satisfaction rating of 85% or higher, demonstrating measurable knowledge improvement among members.
