Job Title: Member Education Specialist

About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and delivering professional education programs, product masterclasses, and webinars to enhance member engagement and operational excellence.

  • Design, deliver, and assess adult learning programs to support knowledge transfer and engagement.
  • Create and maintain high-quality training resources that meet member needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
  • Evaluate member feedback and facilitate internal reviews to drive continuous improvement.

By leveraging data-driven insights and building strong relationships, this specialist fosters advocacy among members and ensures their voice is represented within the organization.

About You

We're looking for a qualified professional with a strong combination of education, healthcare knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in healthcare, education, or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and assess adult learning programs.
  • Experience developing and implementing education frameworks, ideally within healthcare.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare sector with the ability to drive improvement using data insights.
