About this opportunity:

We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to join our team at Crown Equipment Pty Ltd - Australia.

The successful candidate will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for coordinating the supply, flow, and refurbishment of all second-hand units, as well as people development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory management, including stocktaking
  • Coordinating personnel to carry out quoted work
  • Managing completion dates
  • Coordinating transport of completed units
  • Providing coaching, development, and direction to Workshop Technicians
  • Managing overall technician performance and developing necessary skills
  • Overseeing refurbishing operations
Requirements
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • AS400 experience is desirable but not essential
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
