Workshop Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to coordinate workshop operations.
The successful candidate will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for coordinating inventory, supply chains, and personnel development.
Duties and Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Managing stock levels, conducting regular stocktakes, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinating with suppliers, managing delivery schedules, and overseeing the refurbishment of second-hand units.
- Promoting Technician Development: Providing coaching, training, and direction to Workshop Technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
- Transportation Management: Coordinating the transport of completed units to meet customer requirements.
- A team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
