Service Writer/Receptionist Job

We are seeking a skilled Service Writer/Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating the service department, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

  • Provide top-tier customer service as the front-facing representative for the service department.
  • Assign jobs and work orders to employees based on their skills and knowledge.
  • Translate customer concerns into specific actions for the service department, ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Engage with customers to explain work performed and related costs, resolving concerns or escalating to the location manager if necessary.
Requirements:
  • A positive, helpful, flexible, and supportive attitude.
  • Experience in a mechanical environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
