Job Title: Asset Custodian

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and compliance matters
  • Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management

  • Work collaboratively with a supportive Principal and dedicated team members
About You:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in asset management or a related field
  • Current certification or licence relevant to the role
