Camp Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our school camps, planning and directing programs that engage thousands of kids with the Gospel.

This exciting opportunity involves leading dynamic teams, training and mentoring, and collaborating with teachers to create memorable experiences that align with school objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and directing camp programs
  • Training and mentoring Summit Trainees
  • Collaborating with teachers to achieve school objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A mature Christian faith and active involvement in a Bible-based church
  • Agreement with CRU's Statement of Belief
  • Experience working with school-aged children in camp settings, church ministries, or youth programs
  • Strong biblical knowledge and application to everyday life
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team of up to 40 leaders
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a NSW Working with Children Check
