Camp Director Position

Lead impactful school camps by overseeing camp programs and training staff. Collaborate with educators to create memorable experiences that align with educational objectives.

  • A strong Christian faith and active involvement in a local church community.
  • Alignment with the organization's Statement of Belief.
  • Commitment to the evangelistic value of camping and developing leaders.
  • Experience working with children in camp settings, church ministries or youth programs.
  • Skill in preparing and presenting talks and small group discussions on Christian values.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team of up to 40 staff members.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct camp activities.
  • Mentor and train staff members.
  • Collaborate with educators to create engaging experiences.
