Job Title: Payroll Specialist

About the Role:
  • Process end-to-end payroll for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly pay cycles with precision and accuracy.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant awards, employment agreements, and legislation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide timely support to employees by managing payroll queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data securely.
  • Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, reconciliations, and superannuation payments on time.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to drive business success through efficient operations.
Your Skills:
  • Demonstrate previous experience in high-volume payroll processing with attention to detail.
  • Showcase strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax requirements, and superannuation regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems, including MYOB, Xero, SAP, SAGE, Chris21, or similar software.
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
