  • Provide technical expertise in payroll and workforce domains, leveraging industry knowledge to drive best practices and process improvements.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven track record of delivering payroll and workforce solutions, with a focus on scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Expertise in workforce management systems, time and attendance software, and payroll operations or systems.
  • Strong ability to bridge business needs with system requirements, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workforce management, time and attendance system experience.
  • UKG product knowledge.
  • Hands-on payroll operations or systems background.
  • Exposure to the retail sector.
