Expert Property Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in property marketing.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple developments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to review, adapt and improve campaigns based on buyer behaviour and sales insights.
- Manage external design consultants to deliver key collateral including branding, hoarding, brochures, signage and digital assets.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative and results-driven – someone who thrives on strategy but can also manage execution with precision.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in off-the-plan property marketing with a deep understanding of the buyer journey.
- Ability to build, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Experience managing consultants, creatives and internal teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Highly organised, strategic and proactive – comfortable owning the entire campaign lifecycle.
