Position Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of earthworks, utility services, drainage, and landscaping tasks. This role requires the ability to interpret and implement contract specifications while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of various civil works including earthmoving and landscaping.
  • Interpret and execute contract plans effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines as per company standards.
  • Coordinate with clients and external subcontractors.
  • Supervise allocated resources and manage labor effectively.
  • Promote a strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a minimum Certificate IV in Civil Construction.
  • Valid Construction White Card.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor or Foreman on subdivision projects.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
