The Sydney Policy Lab is seeking a highly skilled Research Officer to support our team in addressing complex social challenges. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in conducting literature reviews, analyzing data, and contributing to innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with lead researchers to conduct comprehensive literature reviews and analysis
  • Develop written materials for diverse audiences across various platforms
  • Support research engagement activities by designing, implementing, and synthesizing insights
  • Coordinate data management processes to ensure thorough analysis and reporting
  • Oversee grant applications, including writing, coordination, and liaison with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in anthropology or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in research administration and data management
  • Advanced written communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyze, synthesize, and present complex data and research findings
