About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide opportunities for individuals to reach their potential through practical assistance, non-clinical support, education, and information services in a casework/groupwork model.

  • Provide early intervention, short- and long-term case management support for children, young people, and their families.
  • Foster child and youth-focused, non-clinical, evidence-based groups to develop capacity, educate, and help identify strategies around mental health and well-being.
  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders to engage difficult-to-reach families and provide them with essential support services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with diverse populations, and have a strong understanding of child and youth development principles.
