Workplace Investigations Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization as a Workplace Investigations Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing disciplinary and workplace complaints.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in conducting investigations and managing complaints that can result in termination of employment. A strong background in workplace investigations around misconduct, grievances, and performance issues is also required.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as law and/or demonstrated relevant professional experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of staff complaints, grievances, conduct, performance, and disciplinary matters allocated to this role
  • Undertake preliminary fact-finding, risk assessments, and provide solutions and recommendations to facilitate early interventions and strategies
  • Conduct and assist with disciplinary or other investigations, inquiries into complaints or reviews, and provide reports and recommendations for consideration
  • Collaborate with strategic people partners to design, plan, and implement early intervention strategies and solutions to resolve issues relating to professional standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years' experience in conducting investigations and managing complaints
  • Strong background in workplace investigations around misconduct, grievances, and performance issues
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as law or demonstrated relevant professional experience
