Asset Management Professional

Job Summary:

Eam professionals play a pivotal role in driving business value and operational efficiency by developing and implementing effective enterprise asset management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Eam strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives, promoting business agility and innovation.
  • Lead or participate in the full lifecycle of Eam implementation projects, encompassing assessment, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Eam solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, perform gap analysis, and map business processes to Eam functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Implement and optimize enterprise asset management processes such as preventive maintenance, planned maintenance, maintenance order management, spare parts management, work clearance, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Integrate Eam with other modules like finance, materials management (MM), customer service (CS), and external systems such as GIS, qTrac, NSM, and scheduling tools, enhancing overall business performance and productivity.
  • Utilize Sap S/4hana, FIORI apps, and intelligent asset management technologies, including IoT, analytics, AI, and predictive maintenance to enable digital transformation of asset-intensive organizations, positioning them for long-term success and growth.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Sap Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management modules, including hands-on implementation and support, ensuring expertise in all aspects of Eam strategy development and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Sap S/4hana Eam, FIORI, spare parts management & its integration with non-Sap applications, demonstrating technical proficiency and innovative thinking.
  • Expertise in asset-intensive industries such as utilities, manufacturing, Telco, enabling successful adaptation and application of Eam best practices across various sectors.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Experience with Sap integration points and enhancements (RICEFW objects), showcasing adaptability and expertise in integrating Eam with other systems and technologies.
  • Skills in requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and testing, ensuring rigorous evaluation and validation of Eam solutions and strategies.
