Job Title: Human Capital Coordinator

Job Description:

You will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and excellence across our dynamic teams. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end resourcing and recruitment process, ensuring seamless integration with various stakeholders.

As a Human Capital Coordinator, you will oversee everything from crafting compelling job advertisements to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate e-lists, compiling comprehensive recruitment reports, and streamlining onboarding processes.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach. You will work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in resourcing procedures and graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end resourcing and recruitment process
  • Maintain e-lists, compile recruitment reports, and manage onboarding processes
  • Support continuous improvements in resourcing procedures and the graduate program

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate possesses strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in a rail, engineering, or contractor-heavy environment is advantageous but not mandatory. If you are a motivated, proactive individual with a passion for human capital management, we encourage you to apply.
