Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources professional to support our team. As an integral part of the Human Resources function, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain accurate employee data, and provide administrative support across various HR tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support human capital management system updates, implementation, and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate employee data across systems and documentation, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, leave management, and employee records
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR administration or operational HR support role
  • Hands-on experience supporting or coordinating human resources information system implementation or upgrades
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Familiarity with Australian employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
Education
