As a Wool Compliance Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our wool certification and traceability services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and certifications for wool lots, including Responsible Wool Standard (RWS), Authentico, and Sustainawool.
  • Collaborate with certifiers to facilitate efficient traceability throughout the supply chain.
  • Prepare evidence for transaction certifications and ensure designated certification on wool lots prior to sale.

The ideal candidate will possess sound organisational and time management skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A basic knowledge of the agricultural industry and general understanding of the wool industry would be an advantage.

A key aspect of this role is effective communication, as you will work closely with the sales team and district wool managers to coordinate weekly wool auctions and support reporting and projects.
