Integrity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrity Specialist to join our team and drive transformative change across digital experiences, junior participation, cultural diversity, gender equality, and sustainability.

About the Role

This exciting role involves supporting the Integrity Unit in enforcing integrity codes and policies, conducting investigations, and assisting with anti-corruption measures. You will work closely with our team to re-imagine the Women's Big Bash League (W/BBL) and build connections through storytelling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and enforce integrity codes and policies
  • Assist with anti-corruption measures, including due diligence, audits, reporting, and compliance obligations
  • Support the management of CA's anti-doping strategy
  • Collaborate with the Education Lead on education sessions
  • Oversee contracting rules and processes across Australian Cricket
  • Assist the Head of Integrity with submissions and reports

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in managing integrity operations and conducting investigations
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of integrity, governance principles, corruption, and risk management
  • Proven capacity for successful negotiation, change management, and stakeholder consultation
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to analyse complex issues and problems
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Experience in managing compliance regimes and governance controls
